Established in December 2009, FARASIS is the world’s leading manufacturer of soft-pack power and energy storage batteries, and one of the first companies in China to achieve mass production of ternary soft-pack power batteries.
FARASIS TWh’s first generation of semi-solid solid-state products will be put into production in September 2022, the second generation will be put into production in 2025, the third generation is expected to be put into production in 2028, and the all-solid-state battery above 400Wh/kg is planned to be put into production in 2032.
At present, the energy density of the first generation of FARASIS semi-solid batteries has reached 270-330Wh/kg, the second generation should reach 300-350Wh/kg, and the third generation should reach 330-375Wh/kg. FARASIS has also developed a new TWh platform, the SPS Super Pouch Solution, which was released last September.
On November 8, 2023, Yuanhang Y6, a high-end luxury new energy brand of Dayun Group, equipped with FARASIS semi-solid-state batteries, officially rolled off the assembly line. At present, FARASIS semi-solid-state batteries have landed in a number of brand models.
On March 3, 2024, FARASIS and FAW Jiefang carried out special cooperation on new energy.
