NMP, PVDF ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr, N-metil pirolidin keton, renksiz \u015feffaf bir s\u0131v\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck toksisite, y\u00fcksek kaynama noktas\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc polarite, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck viskozite, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnme yetene\u011fi, kimyasal stabilite, m\u00fckemmel termal stabilite ve su, PVDF, katottur, <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/tr\/lithium-ion-battery-anode-materials\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">lityum iyon pil anotu<\/span><\/a><\/span> lityum pillerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131nda yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan malzemeler.<\/p><p>Elektrot tableti yap\u0131l\u0131rken, NMP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131y\u0131, katot aktif maddeyi, iletken maddeyi ve di\u011fer elektrotlar\u0131 bir araya getirir, b\u00f6ylece ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 di\u011fer maddelerle tam temas halinde olur ve e\u015fit olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r. Bulama\u00e7 dispersiyonunun kalitesi, lityum iyon pilin kalitesini ve performans\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkiler.<\/p><p>Kaplama: Bulamac\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131ndan sonraki i\u015flemdir. \u0130yi stabiliteye, y\u00fcksek viskoziteye ve iyi ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011fa sahip macun, katot metal folyo \u00fczerine e\u015fit \u015fekilde kaplan\u0131r. Pi\u015firme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 120 \u00b1 5 santigrat derecedir ve elektrot bulamac\u0131ndaki NMP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r, b\u00f6ylece bulama\u00e7taki yap\u0131\u015fkan, iletken madde ve katot malzemesi tek tip g\u00f6zenek boyutuna ve tek tip da\u011f\u0131l\u0131ma sahip g\u00f6zenekli bir film olu\u015fturur ve elektrot tabakas\u0131n\u0131 kaplar.<\/p><h2 id=\"nmp-solvents-for-other-applications\">Di\u011fer uygulamalar i\u00e7in NMP solventleri<\/h2><ol><li>Polimer end\u00fcstrisi, polimer reaksiyonu i\u00e7in bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc olarak NMP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc.<\/li><li>Yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi end\u00fcstrisinde, poliimid boya reaksiyonu ve seyreltme \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc i\u00e7in yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi end\u00fcstrisinde NMP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc.<\/li><li>Elektronik malzeme end\u00fcstrisinde, NMP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc, entegre devre, LED, PCB, elektronik malzemelerin yar\u0131 iletken temizli\u011fi, \u00f6zellikle ultra saf elektronik kimyasallar i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li><li>B\u00fctadien ekstraksiyonu, izopren ekstraksiyonu, sentez gaz\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fck\u00fcrtten ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, asetilen geri kazan\u0131m\u0131, ya\u011flama ya\u011f\u0131 rafinasyonu vb. gibi petrokimya end\u00fcstrisi.<\/li><\/ol><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27820\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/NMP-solvents-for-other-applications.webp\" alt=\"NMP-solvents-for-other-applications\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"nmp-solvent-production-capacity-in-china\">\u00c7in'de NMP solvent \u00fcretim kapasitesi<\/h2><p>BDO, GBL \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in bir metal oksit kataliz\u00f6r\u00fc varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda dehidrojenasyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir ve GBL, NMP olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in monometilamin (MMA) ile reaksiyona girer. Aral\u0131k 2021 itibariyle, BDO hammaddelerinden yap\u0131lan, toplam 485.000 ton \u00fcretim kapasitesine sahip veya yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda olan 13 GBL \u00fcretim i\u015fletmesi bulunmaktad\u0131r ve 2020'deki fiili toplam \u00fcretim 180.000 tondur. NMP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fcretim kapasitesi sentez, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve safla\u015ft\u0131rma olarak ikiye ayr\u0131labilir.<\/p><p><strong>Ar\u0131nd\u0131rma:<\/strong> 2021'in ilk yar\u0131s\u0131na kadar \u00c7in'deki t\u00fcm NMP solvent end\u00fcstrisi ve at\u0131k NMP solvent geri kazan\u0131m ve safla\u015ft\u0131rma i\u015fleme kapasitesi 1,55 milyon tondan fazlad\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Sentez:<\/strong> \u00c7in'de GBL'den toplam 281.000 ton \u00fcretim kapasitesine ve 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 150.000 ton fiili toplam \u00fcretim kapasitesine sahip 11 NMP solvent \u00fcretim i\u015fletmesi bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Bunlar aras\u0131nda, NMP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc sentezi esas olarak Shandong, Henan ve Shaanxi'de yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve safla\u015ft\u0131rma esas olarak Jiangsu, Anhui ve Jiangxi'de yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve di\u011ferleri Chongqing, Zhuhai, Hangzhou ve benzerlerinde da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. PVDF fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131, NMP solvent fiyat\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesine neden oluyor<\/p><p>Raporlara g\u00f6re, Ocak-May\u0131s 2021 aras\u0131nda \u00c7in'deki yeni enerji ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fcm\u00fclatif \u00fcretimi y\u0131ll\u0131k 262% art\u0131\u015fla 1,02 milyon oldu; Ocak-May\u0131s aras\u0131ndaki k\u00fcm\u00fclatif g\u00fc\u00e7 bataryas\u0131 \u00fcretimi ise y\u0131ll\u0131k 227% art\u0131\u015fla 59,5GWh olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p><p>Yeni enerji ara\u00e7 end\u00fcstrisinin h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fiminden yararlanan PVDF'nin arz a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 2020'nin d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011finden bu yana geni\u015fliyor ve \u00fcr\u00fcn fiyat\u0131 da y\u00fckseliyor. Temmuz 2021'de, lityum pil \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ortalama fiyat\u0131 2020'deki yakla\u015f\u0131k 70.000 RMB'den 170.000'in \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p><p>PVDF i\u00e7in gerekli bir destekleyici solvent olan NMP solventinin fiyat\u0131 da PVDF ile birlikte artarak 2021'in ba\u015f\u0131nda 15.000 RMB\/tondan \u015fu anda 40.000 RMB\/tonun \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27819\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/NMP-solvent-production-capacity-in-China.webp\" alt=\"\u00c7in&#039;de NMP-\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc-\u00fcretim-kapasitesi\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"market-size-calculation-of-nmp-solvent\">NMP \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn pazar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hesaplamas\u0131<\/h2><p>Lityum pil talebi salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n NMP solvent pazar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini sa\u011flamas\u0131 beklenmektedir.
