principalmente em duas categorias: modo de imagem e modo de difra\u00e7\u00e3o. O modo de imagem \u00e9 normalmente utilizado para observar a morfologia da amostra. Al\u00e9m disso, utilizando a microscopia eletr\u00f3nica de transmiss\u00e3o de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o (HRTEM), podem ser obtidas imagens estruturais com resolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 escala at\u00f3mica.<\/p><p>O modo de difra\u00e7\u00e3o utiliza normalmente o m\u00e9todo de difra\u00e7\u00e3o de electr\u00f5es de \u00e1rea selecionada (SEAD) para obter os resultados de difra\u00e7\u00e3o de electr\u00f5es de uma \u00e1rea selecionada, que pode ser analisada para obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a cristalinidade e a estrutura da fase no local selecionado.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_31578\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-31578\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-31578 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/TEM-model-characterization.webp\" alt=\"Caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos TEM\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-31578\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\uff08a\uff09 Foto de campo claro do TEM \uff08b\uff09 Imagens de difra\u00e7\u00e3o de el\u00e9trons e fotografias de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas selecionadas<\/figcaption><\/figure><p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Fig. 1 Efeito da carateriza\u00e7\u00e3o TEM de materiais tern\u00e1rios<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o do modelo STEM<\/strong><\/p><p>O modo STEM varre a superf\u00edcie da amostra com um feixe de electr\u00f5es convergentes e utiliza um detetor de an\u00e9is para receber os electr\u00f5es dispersos em diferentes \u00e2ngulos de rece\u00e7\u00e3o para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens. A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens de campo escuro anular de alto \u00e2ngulo (HAADF) e a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens de campo brilhante anular (ABF) s\u00e3o amplamente utilizadas em baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio.<\/p><p>Entre elas, a HAADF \u00e9 sens\u00edvel a elementos pesados e a ABF \u00e9 sens\u00edvel a elementos leves, podendo ser utilizada para obter imagens directas de elementos leves como o Li e o O, o que \u00e9 crucial para o estudo de materiais de baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio, como se mostra na Figura 2.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_31580\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-31580\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-31580 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/STEM-model-characterization.webp\" alt=\"Caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos STEM\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-31580\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(a) Imagem ABF do LiFePO4 pristino; (b) Imagem ABF do LiFePO4 no estado totalmente desdelitizado; (c) Imagem ABF do LiFePO4 no estado semi-desdelitizado, onde foi encontrada a estrutura ordenada das vac\u00e2ncias de Li e Li.<\/figcaption><\/figure><p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Fig. 2 Estrutura \u00e0 escala at\u00f3mica do material cat\u00f3dico LiFePO4 em diferentes quantidades de deslitiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Espectro de raios X<\/strong><\/p><p>Os raios X s\u00e3o emitidos quando os electr\u00f5es excitados na amostra regressam ao estado fundamental e s\u00e3o recebidos para obter um espetro de raios X (EDS), que analisa os raios X caracter\u00edsticos emitidos pela superf\u00edcie da amostra para obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os elementos contidos na amostra.<\/p><p>No modo TEM, a informa\u00e7\u00e3o espetral \u00e9 calculada por m\u00e9dia, reflectindo a composi\u00e7\u00e3o elementar m\u00e9dia e as propor\u00e7\u00f5es da \u00e1rea irradiada pelo feixe de electr\u00f5es. No modo STEM, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre as esp\u00e9cies elementares e as posi\u00e7\u00f5es dos elementos pode ser estabelecida para obter o mapa de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos elementos, como se mostra na Figura 3.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31584\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/X-ray-spectrum.webp\" alt=\"Espectro de raios X\" width=\"1200\" height=\"650\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"electronic-holography\">Holografia eletr\u00f3nica<\/h2><p>A holografia eletr\u00f3nica pode estudar a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o potencial dos materiais, o que \u00e9 importante para os materiais das baterias de l\u00edtio. A holografia aqui mencionada refere-se normalmente \u00e0 holografia off-line, ou seja, o feixe de electr\u00f5es incidente passa metade atrav\u00e9s da amostra e metade atrav\u00e9s do v\u00e1cuo, formando assim a onda objeto e a onda de refer\u00eancia.<\/p><p>Como se mostra na Fig. 4, as ondas do objeto e de refer\u00eancia s\u00e3o deflectidas por um prisma de electr\u00f5es e interferem umas com as outras para formar um padr\u00e3o hologr\u00e1fico. O padr\u00e3o \u00e9 depois reconstru\u00eddo por processamento de dados para obter a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de potencial. O espetro de perda de energia dos electr\u00f5es (EELS) analisa a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da perda de energia ap\u00f3s a dispers\u00e3o inel\u00e1stica de electr\u00f5es incidentes com uma energia fixa a partir de uma amostra.<\/p><p>A dispers\u00e3o inel\u00e1stica envolve interac\u00e7\u00f5es Coulombianas entre electr\u00f5es e electr\u00f5es fora do n\u00facleo do \u00e1tomo da amostra, em que os electr\u00f5es fora do n\u00facleo sofrem um salto seletivo ao receberem a energia dos electr\u00f5es incidentes, enquanto os electr\u00f5es incidentes perdem uma quantidade correspondente de energia.<\/p><p>Os diferentes elementos em diferentes estados da energia necess\u00e1ria para o salto seletivo s\u00e3o diferentes, pelo que, de acordo com a perda de energia dos electr\u00f5es incidentes, podem ser obtidos a partir da informa\u00e7\u00e3o elementar da amostra e da informa\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura eletr\u00f3nica, que inclui a obten\u00e7\u00e3o da espessura da amostra, a distin\u00e7\u00e3o do tipo e do conte\u00fado do elemento, a determina\u00e7\u00e3o do estado de val\u00eancia do elemento e outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais.<\/p><p><strong>As (CBED) permite obter informa\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural ao n\u00edvel das orbitais electr\u00f3nicas. A CBED mede os coeficientes de Fourier do potencial de Coulomb (fator de estrutura) de um cristal, que \u00e9 convertido em fator de estrutura de raios X e a densidade eletr\u00f3nica \u00e9 obtida por transformada de Fourier.<\/p><p>A medi\u00e7\u00e3o do fator de estrutura por difra\u00e7\u00e3o de electr\u00f5es tem as vantagens de ser capaz de medir factores de estrutura de baixa ordem, sens\u00edvel aos estados electr\u00f3nicos, e capaz de uma an\u00e1lise precisa das microrregi\u00f5es, o que garante a precis\u00e3o da densidade eletr\u00f3nica obtida.<\/p><p>A densidade de electr\u00f5es pode obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as orbitais e os estados topol\u00f3gicos do cristal atrav\u00e9s do ajuste multipolar. A densidade de carga e a liga\u00e7\u00e3o no material LiNiO2 s\u00e3o apresentadas na Fig. 6. (b) melhor ajuste dos dados experimentais e dos c\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos ap\u00f3s refinamento<\/figcaption><\/figure><p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Fig. 6\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h2 id=\"cryoelectron-microscopy\">Microscopia crioelectr\u00f3nica<\/h2><p>Os materiais das baterias de l\u00edtio s\u00e3o normalmente muito sens\u00edveis \u00e0 irradia\u00e7\u00e3o por feixe de electr\u00f5es, como o \u00e2nodo de l\u00edtio met\u00e1lico e o <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #333399\"><a style=\"color: #333399;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/pt\/solid-state-battery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bateria de estado s\u00f3lido<\/a><\/span> materiais electrol\u00edticos, o que limita a microscopia eletr\u00f3nica a muitos materiais sens\u00edveis ao feixe de electr\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Yi Cui, da Universidade de Stanford, e a equipa do Prof. Ying Meng, da Universidade da Calif\u00f3rnia, em San Diego, realizaram recentemente a carateriza\u00e7\u00e3o HRTEM do l\u00edtio met\u00e1lico utilizando amostras congeladas \u00e0 temperatura do azoto l\u00edquido, respetivamente.<\/p><p>O <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #333399\"><a style=\"color: #333399;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/pt\/lithium-ion-battery-electrolyte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eletr\u00f3lito de bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio<\/a><\/span> \u00e9 um componente importante da bateria, mas o facto de a maioria dos electr\u00f3litos serem l\u00edquidos levou a uma escassez de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a estrutura e as propriedades dos electr\u00f3litos l\u00edquidos.<\/p><p>Recentemente, gra\u00e7as ao desenvolvimento dos m\u00e9todos de microscopia crioelectr\u00f3nica e do cryo-FIB (cryo-FIB), tornou-se poss\u00edvel estudar o estado do sistema de eletr\u00f3lito l\u00edquido durante diferentes processos de carga e descarga no microsc\u00f3pio eletr\u00f3nico, como se mostra na Fig. 7.<\/p><div class=\"mceTemp\">\u00a0<\/div><figure id=\"attachment_31601\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-31601\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-31601 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Cryoelectron-microscopy.webp\" alt=\"Microscopia de crioelectr\u00f5es\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1200\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-31601\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(a) Imagens FIB de cristais tecidos de tipo I, membrana SEI e eletr\u00f3lito; (b) Imagens FIB de cristais tecidos de tipo II e eletr\u00f3lito; (c) Imagens HAADF Cryo-STEM de bolachas de tipo I, membrana SEI e eletr\u00f3lito; (d) Imagem HAADF Cryo-STEM de cristais tecidos de tipo II e eletr\u00f3lito.<\/figcaption><\/figure><p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Fig. 7 <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de eletricidade in situ<\/strong><\/p><p>A vida \u00fatil de uma bateria de l\u00edtio \u00e9 gasta no ciclo de carga e descarga, pelo que a carateriza\u00e7\u00e3o in situ durante o ciclo de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #333399\"><a style=\"color: #333399;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/pt\/charging-and-discharging-of-lithium-ion-battery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">carga e descarga da bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio<\/a><\/span> \u00e9 fundamental.<\/p><p>Em 2009, Allard et al. utilizaram um chip de sistema microelectromec\u00e2nico (MEMS) para transportar a amostra e conceberam uma nova haste de amostra in-situ, que permite um r\u00e1pido processo de aquecimento e arrefecimento at\u00e9 uma temperatura m\u00e1xima de mais de 1000 graus Celsius, ao mesmo tempo que a estabilidade da haste de amostra \u00e9 suficiente para garantir a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens \u00e0 escala at\u00f3mica sob a STEM;<\/p><p>Gong et al. aplicaram as barras de amostragem baseadas em chips ao estudo in-situ de materiais de baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio, constru\u00edram com sucesso uma bateria microsc\u00f3pica de estado s\u00f3lido num chip in-situ e realizaram a observa\u00e7\u00e3o in-situ da migra\u00e7\u00e3o de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio \u00e0 escala at\u00f3mica (ver Fig. 8), alargando ainda mais a gama de carateriza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 escala at\u00f3mica tridimensional.<\/p><p>Com as vantagens da inclina\u00e7\u00e3o, da elevada estabilidade, da manobrabilidade e da facilidade de processamento posterior, a haste de amostra \"chip-on-chip\" tornou-se a corrente principal da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o in situ.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_31602\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-31602\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-31602 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/In-situ-electricity-generation.webp\" alt=\"Gera\u00e7\u00e3o de eletricidade in situ\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-31602\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(a) Imagem SEM de uma bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio totalmente em estado s\u00f3lido constru\u00edda com FIB; O aquecimento \u00e9 controlado pelo calor gerado por uma corrente el\u00e9ctrica, enquanto a temperatura criog\u00e9nica \u00e9 controlada pelo equil\u00edbrio entre o azoto l\u00edquido e o aquecimento el\u00e9trico para levar a amostra no intervalo entre a temperatura ambiente e a temperatura do azoto l\u00edquido.<\/p><p>A Figura 9 mostra a estrutura do material do el\u00e9trodo a diferentes temperaturas, o que \u00e9 importante para compreender o desempenho das baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio em ambientes de funcionamento reais.
