Neste caso, os electr\u00f5es passam diretamente de uma extremidade da pilha para a outra, provocando um r\u00e1pido aumento da corrente. Neste caso, os electr\u00f5es fluem do c\u00e1todo para a folha de alum\u00ednio. Este tipo de curto-circuito tamb\u00e9m pode causar uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho da bateria, mas por uma raz\u00e3o diferente da de um curto-circuito entre o \u00e2nodo e a folha de alum\u00ednio.<\/p><p>Isto deve-se ao facto de ocorrer uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica no c\u00e1todo, em vez de um fluxo de electr\u00f5es. Para evitar que isto aconte\u00e7a, os fabricantes de pilhas utilizam materiais de prote\u00e7\u00e3o especiais no c\u00e1todo e optimizam o design da pilha para reduzir a probabilidade de uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica.<\/p><h2 id=\"what-is-the-difference-between-internal-short-circuit-vs-external-short-circuit\">Qual \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a entre curto-circuito interno e curto-circuito externo?<\/h2><p>O curto-circuito da bateria \u00e9 uma falha mais comum da bateria, h\u00e1 curto-circuito externo e curto-circuito interno. Existe uma certa diferen\u00e7a entre os dois:<\/p><p>Curto-circuito interno que o c\u00e1todo interno da bateria de l\u00edtio e o contacto direto do \u00e2nodo, naturalmente, o grau de contacto \u00e9 diferente, desencadeado pela rea\u00e7\u00e3o subsequente tamb\u00e9m varia muito.<\/p><p>Os principais factores que causam o curto-circuito interno da bateria de l\u00edtio s\u00e3o: poeira condutora na superf\u00edcie do separador, desalinhamento do c\u00e1todo e do \u00e2nodo, rebarbas na pe\u00e7a polar e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o desigual do eletr\u00f3lito e outros factores do processo; impurezas met\u00e1licas no material;<\/p><p>Carregamento a baixa temperatura, carregamento a alta corrente, degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho do \u00e2nodo \u00e9 demasiado r\u00e1pido, resultando em precipita\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edtio na superf\u00edcie do \u00e2nodo, vibra\u00e7\u00e3o ou colis\u00e3o, etc.; causada por abuso mec\u00e2nico e t\u00e9rmico de curto-circuito interno em grande escala.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31215\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/What-is-the-difference-between-internal-short-circuit-vs-external-short-circuit.webp\" alt=\"Qual \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a entre curto-circuito interno e curto-circuito externo?\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p><p>Se o curto-circuito interno for um defeito no processo de fabrico, este curto-circuito interno ocorre lentamente e demora dias ou mesmo meses a evoluir para um curto-circuito interno espont\u00e2neo.<\/p><p>Os mecanismos envolvidos no longo processo de gesta\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o bastante complexos, muito longos, e n\u00e3o se sabe quando \u00e9 que se dar\u00e1 a fuga t\u00e9rmica. No entanto, \u00e9 relativamente suave, gera muito pouco calor e n\u00e3o desencadeia imediatamente uma TR (Thermal Runaway Temperature TR).<\/p><p>Os curtos-circuitos internos que t\u00eam origem em abusos mec\u00e2nicos e t\u00e9rmicos desencadeiam diretamente um TR, com uma liberta\u00e7\u00e3o acentuada de energia que varia com o grau de rutura do separador e com o per\u00edodo de tempo decorrido entre o curto-circuito interno e o TR.<\/p><p>O curto-circuito externo pode ter origem na deforma\u00e7\u00e3o causada por colis\u00e3o autom\u00f3vel, imers\u00e3o em \u00e1gua, contamina\u00e7\u00e3o do condutor ou choque el\u00e9trico durante a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. O elo importante entre o curto-circuito externo e a fuga t\u00e9rmica da bateria de l\u00edtio \u00e9 a alta temperatura.<\/p><p>Quando o calor gerado pelo curto-circuito externo n\u00e3o pode ser bem dissipado, a temperatura da bateria de l\u00edtio aumenta, e a temperatura elevada desencadeia a fuga t\u00e9rmica. Por conseguinte, cortar a corrente de curto-circuito ou dissipar o excesso de calor s\u00e3o formas de impedir que o curto-circuito externo provoque mais danos.<\/p><p>No funcionamento real do ve\u00edculo, a probabilidade de curto-circuito externo \u00e9 muito baixa, porque todo o sistema do ve\u00edculo est\u00e1 equipado com fus\u00edveis e com o sistema de gest\u00e3o da bateria de l\u00edtio BMS, a bateria de l\u00edtio pode suportar um impacto de corrente elevada de curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31218\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Internal-short-circuit-vs-External-short-circuit.webp\" alt=\"Curto-circuito interno versus curto-circuito externo\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p><p>Em casos extremos, o ponto de curto-circuito atravessa o fus\u00edvel de todo o ve\u00edculo e, ao mesmo tempo, o BMS falha, e um curto-circuito externo mais longo geralmente leva \u00e0 queima do ponto fraco da conex\u00e3o no circuito, e raramente leva ao evento de fuga t\u00e9rmica da bateria de l\u00edtio.<\/p><p>Quando ocorre um curto-circuito numa pilha, a pilha continua a ser exot\u00e9rmica e a temperatura \u00e9 suficientemente elevada para derreter o metal em geral, o que pode provocar um inc\u00eandio ou mesmo uma explos\u00e3o, representando uma s\u00e9ria amea\u00e7a para a seguran\u00e7a da propriedade e da vida. Por conseguinte, cada vez mais empres\u00e1rios prestam mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a das pilhas e dos seus produtos, a fim de evitar danos pessoais e perdas de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o da marca causadas por acidentes relacionados com a seguran\u00e7a das pilhas.<\/p><p>Assim, o teste e a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos s\u00e3o um bom meio de preven\u00e7\u00e3o, apenas para continuar a melhorar, as normas de teste de produtos de equipamento de som e a procura, a fim de maximizar a seguran\u00e7a da qualidade do produto, para evitar a ocorr\u00eancia de acidentes.<\/p><h2 id=\"why-is-internal-short-circuit-testing-mandatory\">Porque \u00e9 que o ensaio de curto-circuito interno \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio?<\/h2><p>Uma forma importante de medir a seguran\u00e7a inerente do n\u00facleo el\u00e9trico \u00e9 for\u00e7ar o seu teste de curto-circuito interno, quer se incendeie ou expluda, bem como a queda de press\u00e3o e o aumento da temperatura do n\u00facleo el\u00e9trico. Com o in\u00edcio do fabrico em grande escala de baterias el\u00e9ctricas, a quest\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a tornou-se a espada de D\u00e2mocles que paira sobre a cabe\u00e7a da ind\u00fastria e tem de ser resolvida urgentemente.<\/p><p>A seguran\u00e7a das pilhas pode geralmente ser classificada nos tr\u00eas n\u00edveis seguintes: a seguran\u00e7a inerente \u00e0 c\u00e9lula, a seguran\u00e7a dos diferentes n\u00edveis de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e a seguran\u00e7a (relativamente) aceit\u00e1vel dos regulamentos\/normas. Atualmente, a seguran\u00e7a inerente \u00e0 c\u00e9lula continua a ser a quest\u00e3o priorit\u00e1ria para a seguran\u00e7a das pilhas.<\/p><p>Uma forma importante de medir a seguran\u00e7a inerente de uma c\u00e9lula \u00e9 for\u00e7ar o seu curto-circuito interno, testando-a quanto a inc\u00eandio ou explos\u00e3o, bem como a queda de tens\u00e3o e o aumento de temperatura da
