migrarem, pelo que o desempenho da multiplicidade \u00e9 melhor, mas devido \u00e0 grande \u00e1rea de contacto com o eletr\u00f3lito, a \u00e1rea para formar a pel\u00edcula SEI tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 grande, e a efici\u00eancia da primeira vez ser\u00e1 menor.<\/p><p>As part\u00edculas grandes, pelo contr\u00e1rio, t\u00eam a vantagem de uma maior densidade de compacta\u00e7\u00e3o. A \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie espec\u00edfica do material do \u00e2nodo de grafite \u00e9 inferior a 5m2\/g \u00e9 adequada.<\/p><h2 id=\"particle-size-distribution-of-graphite-anode\">Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tamanho das part\u00edculas do \u00e2nodo de grafite<\/h2><p>O efeito da dimens\u00e3o das part\u00edculas nas suas propriedades electroqu\u00edmicas manifesta-se no facto de a dimens\u00e3o das part\u00edculas do material do \u00e2nodo afetar diretamente a densidade de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o do material, bem como a \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie espec\u00edfica do material. A dimens\u00e3o da densidade de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o afectar\u00e1 diretamente a densidade de energia a granel do material.<\/p><p>No mesmo volume de pe\u00e7as de enchimento, quanto maior for a dimens\u00e3o das part\u00edculas do material, maior ser\u00e1 a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o das part\u00edculas, menor ser\u00e1 a viscosidade da pasta, mais prop\u00edcia a melhorar o teor de s\u00f3lidos e a reduzir a dificuldade de revestimento.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, quando a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tamanho das part\u00edculas do material do \u00e2nodo de grafite \u00e9 ampla, as pequenas part\u00edculas no sistema podem ser preenchidas nas lacunas das part\u00edculas grandes, o que ajuda a aumentar a densidade de compacta\u00e7\u00e3o da pe\u00e7a do p\u00f3lo e a melhorar a densidade de energia volum\u00e9trica da bateria.<\/p><p>Os par\u00e2metros caracter\u00edsticos da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da dimens\u00e3o das part\u00edculas do material do \u00e2nodo de grafite s\u00e3o D50, D10, D90 e Dmax, dos quais D50 representa o valor da dimens\u00e3o das part\u00edculas correspondente \u00e0 quantidade acumulada de 50% na curva de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o cumulativa da dimens\u00e3o das part\u00edculas, que pode ser considerada como a dimens\u00e3o m\u00e9dia das part\u00edculas do material.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, a largura da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tamanho de part\u00edcula do material pode ser expressa por K90, K90 = (D90-D10) \/ D50, quanto maior for K90, mais ampla ser\u00e1 a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante o processo de carga e descarga, alguns i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio s\u00e3o destacados do el\u00e9trodo positivo e incorporados no \u00e2nodo, mas n\u00e3o podem regressar ao el\u00e9trodo positivo para participar no ciclo de carga e descarga, resultando na primeira efici\u00eancia coulombiana &lt;100%.<\/p><p>A raz\u00e3o pela qual esta parte dos i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio n\u00e3o pode regressar ao el\u00e9trodo positivo: (1) a exist\u00eancia de uma parte de l\u00edtio incorporado irrevers\u00edvel, (2) a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de pel\u00edcula SEI na superf\u00edcie do \u00e2nodo, a pel\u00edcula SEI \u00e9 um fator importante que afecta a efici\u00eancia de Coulomb.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29308\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/An-important-indicator-of-the-performance-of-graphite-anode-materials-is-their-first-chargedischarge-efficiency.webp\" alt=\"Um indicador importante do desempenho dos materiais de \u00e2nodo de grafite \u00e9 a sua efici\u00eancia na primeira descarga carregada\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p>Como a pel\u00edcula SEI se forma principalmente na superf\u00edcie dos materiais do el\u00e9trodo, a \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica da superf\u00edcie dos materiais do el\u00e9trodo afecta diretamente a \u00e1rea de forma\u00e7\u00e3o da pel\u00edcula SEI, quanto maior for a \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica da superf\u00edcie, maior ser\u00e1 a \u00e1rea de contacto com o eletr\u00f3lito e maior ser\u00e1 a \u00e1rea de forma\u00e7\u00e3o da pel\u00edcula SEI.<\/p><p>Acredita-se geralmente que a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma pel\u00edcula SEI est\u00e1vel \u00e9 ben\u00e9fica para o carregamento e descarregamento da bateria, e que o tipo de pel\u00edcula SEI inst\u00e1vel \u00e9 prejudicial para a rea\u00e7\u00e3o, que consumir\u00e1 continuamente o eletr\u00f3lito, engrossar\u00e1 a espessura da pel\u00edcula SEI e aumentar\u00e1 a resist\u00eancia interna.<\/p><h2 id=\"cycling-performance\">Desempenho do ciclismo<\/h2><p>Em termos de desempenho em ciclos, a pel\u00edcula SEI ter\u00e1 um certo impedimento \u00e0 difus\u00e3o de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio e, com o aumento do n\u00famero de ciclos, a pel\u00edcula SEI continuar\u00e1 a cair, a descolar e a depositar-se na superf\u00edcie do \u00e2nodo, resultando num aumento gradual da resist\u00eancia interna do \u00e2nodo de grafite, o que provocar\u00e1 a acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de calor e a perda de capacidade.<\/p><h2 id=\"magnification-performance-of-graphite-anode\">Desempenho de amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00e2nodo de grafite<\/h2><p>A difus\u00e3o dos i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio nos materiais an\u00f3dicos de grafite \u00e9 altamente direcional, ou seja, s\u00f3 pode ser inserida perpendicularmente \u00e0 face final do aspeto do eixo C do cristal de grafite.
