O NMP \u00e9 o solvente do aglutinante PVDF, \u00e9 a N-metil pirrolidina cetona, um l\u00edquido transparente incolor, com baixa toxicidade, elevado ponto de ebuli\u00e7\u00e3o, forte polaridade, baixa viscosidade, forte capacidade de dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o, estabilidade qu\u00edmica, excelente estabilidade t\u00e9rmica e \u00e1gua, PVDF, c\u00e1todo, <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/pt\/lithium-ion-battery-anode-materials\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e2nodo de bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio<\/span><\/a><\/span> materiais, amplamente utilizados na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de baterias de l\u00edtio.<\/p><p>Ao fazer a pastilha de el\u00e9trodo, o solvente NMP integra o aglutinante, a subst\u00e2ncia ativa do c\u00e1todo, o agente condutor e outros el\u00e9ctrodos, de modo a que o aglutinante esteja em pleno contacto com outras subst\u00e2ncias e uniformemente distribu\u00eddo. O solvente NMP, cuja qualidade afecta diretamente a qualidade do revestimento da pasta da bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio, \u00e9 um material solvente indispens\u00e1vel. A partir da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do campo de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do solvente NMP, ele \u00e9 usado principalmente na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de baterias de l\u00edtio, representando 74%.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27818\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Global-NMP-Application-distribution.webp\" alt=\"Global-NMP-Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"application-of-nmp-solvent-in-lithium-batteries\">Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do solvente NMP em baterias de l\u00edtio<\/h2><p>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de Surry: O solvente NMP, como solvente do aglutinante fluoreto de polivinilideno (PVDF), mistura, resolve, agita e distribui o aglutinante, o agente condutor e a subst\u00e2ncia ativa do c\u00e1todo para formar uma pasta uniforme. A qualidade da dispers\u00e3o da pasta afecta diretamente a qualidade e o desempenho da bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio.<\/p><p>Revestimento: \u00e9 o processo seguinte \u00e0 prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da pasta. A pasta com boa estabilidade, elevada viscosidade e boa fluidez \u00e9 uniformemente revestida na folha met\u00e1lica do c\u00e1todo. O solvente NMP, como ve\u00edculo l\u00edquido da pasta, tem muito boa molhabilidade e fluidez, e \u00e9 o principal solvente de revestimento. A liga\u00e7\u00e3o do revestimento \u00e9 de grande import\u00e2ncia para a capacidade, vida \u00fatil e seguran\u00e7a das baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio.<\/p><p>Secagem: Ap\u00f3s o revestimento, a folha de c\u00e1todo \u00e9 cozida e seca no secador a v\u00e1cuo. A temperatura de cozedura \u00e9 de 120 \u00b1 5 graus Celsius, e o solvente NMP na pasta do el\u00e9trodo \u00e9 removido, de modo a que o adesivo, o agente condutor e o material cat\u00f3dico na pasta formem uma pel\u00edcula porosa com tamanho de poro uniforme e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o uniforme, e cubram a folha do el\u00e9trodo.<\/p><h2 id=\"nmp-solvents-for-other-applications\">Solventes NMP para outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2><ol><li>Ind\u00fastria de pol\u00edmeros, solvente NMP como solvente para polirreac\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Ind\u00fastria de material de isolamento, solvente NMP na ind\u00fastria de material de isolamento para rea\u00e7\u00e3o de tinta de poliimida e solvente de dilui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Na ind\u00fastria de materiais electr\u00f3nicos, o solvente NMP \u00e9 utilizado para a limpeza de circuitos integrados, LED, PCB, semicondutores de materiais electr\u00f3nicos, principalmente produtos qu\u00edmicos electr\u00f3nicos ultra-puros.<\/li><li>Ind\u00fastria petroqu\u00edmica, como a extra\u00e7\u00e3o de butadieno, a extra\u00e7\u00e3o de isopreno, a dessulfura\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s de s\u00edntese, a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de acetileno, a refina\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leos lubrificantes, etc.<\/li><\/ol><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27820\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/NMP-solvents-for-other-applications.webp\" alt=\"NMP-solventes-para-outras-aplica\u00e7\u00f5es\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"nmp-solvent-production-capacity-in-china\">Capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de solventes NMP na China<\/h2><p>BDO realiza desidrogena\u00e7\u00e3o na presen\u00e7a de um catalisador de \u00f3xido de metal para produzir GBL, e GBL reage com monometilamina (MMA) para formar NMP. At\u00e9 dezembro de 2021, existem 13 empresas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de GBL feitas a partir de mat\u00e9rias-primas BDO, com uma capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o total de 485 000 toneladas ou em constru\u00e7\u00e3o, e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o total efectiva em 2020 \u00e9 de 180 000 toneladas. A capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do solvente NMP pode ser dividida em s\u00edntese e reciclagem e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>Purifica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> No primeiro semestre de 2021, toda a ind\u00fastria de solventes NMP na China e a capacidade de processamento de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e purifica\u00e7\u00e3o de solventes NMP residuais \u00e9 superior a 1,55 milh\u00f5es de toneladas.<\/p><p><strong>S\u00edntese:<\/strong> Existem 11 empresas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de solventes NMP da GBL na China, com uma capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o total de 281 000 toneladas e uma capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o total efectiva de 150 000 toneladas em 2020.<\/p><p>Entre eles, a s\u00edntese de solventes NMP concentra-se principalmente em Shandong, Henan e Shaanxi, a reciclagem e a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o concentram-se principalmente em Jiangsu, Anhui e Jiangxi, e outras dispersas em Chongqing, Zhuhai, Hangzhou e assim por diante. Aumento do pre\u00e7o do PVDF, impulsionando o aumento do pre\u00e7o do solvente NMP<\/p><p>De acordo com os relat\u00f3rios, de janeiro a maio de 2021, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o acumulada de ve\u00edculos de energia nova na China foi de 1,02 milh\u00f5es, um aumento de 262% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior; e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o acumulada de baterias de energia de janeiro a maio foi de 59,5GWh, um aumento de 227% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior.<\/p><p>Beneficiando do r\u00e1pido desenvolvimento da nova ind\u00fastria de ve\u00edculos de energia, a lacuna de fornecimento de PVDF tem vindo a alargar-se desde o quarto trimestre de 2020, e o pre\u00e7o do produto tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 a aumentar. Em julho de 2021, o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio dos produtos de bateria de l\u00edtio aumentou de cerca de 70.000 RMB em 2020 para mais de 170.000.<\/p><p>Como solvente de suporte necess\u00e1rio para o PVDF, o pre\u00e7o do solvente NMP tamb\u00e9m tem vindo a aumentar juntamente com o PVDF, passando de 15 000 RMB \/ tonelada no in\u00edcio de 2021 para mais de 40 000 RMB \/ tonelada atualmente.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27819\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/NMP-solvent-production-capacity-in-China.webp\" alt=\"NMP-solvent-production-capacity-in-China (Capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de solventes NMP na China)\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"market-size-calculation-of-nmp-solvent\">C\u00e1lculo da dimens\u00e3o do mercado do solvente NMP<\/h2><p>O surto de procura de baterias de l\u00edtio dever\u00e1 impulsionar o r\u00e1pido crescimento do mercado de solventes NMP.
