O eletr\u00f3lito \u00e9 geralmente composto por sal de l\u00edtio, solvente org\u00e2nico de elevada pureza, v\u00e1rios aditivos e outras mat\u00e9rias-primas numa determinada propor\u00e7\u00e3o. O solvente, o eletr\u00f3lito e os aditivos s\u00e3o geralmente adicionados a 80%, 12% e 5%, respetivamente. Em termos de custos, o sal eletrol\u00edtico de l\u00edtio representa cerca de 52,2%, o solvente org\u00e2nico cerca de 31,8%, os aditivos cerca de 9,1% e os custos de fabrico cerca de 6,9%.<\/p><p>O solvente \u00e9 principalmente carbonato de etileno EC e carbonato de propileno PC. O sal de l\u00edtio do eletr\u00f3lito determina as propriedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas b\u00e1sicas do eletr\u00f3lito, e \u00e9 o componente mais importante do eletr\u00f3lito da bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio que afecta as caracter\u00edsticas da bateria de l\u00edtio.<\/p><p>O sal de l\u00edtio do eletr\u00f3lito, os aditivos e a formula\u00e7\u00e3o do eletr\u00f3lito s\u00e3o a principal tecnologia do eletr\u00f3lito. Dependendo dos requisitos de desempenho, o sal de l\u00edtio pode ser um \u00fanico tipo de sal de l\u00edtio, um sal de l\u00edtio misto ou outro sal de l\u00edtio como aditivo. Os fabricantes de electr\u00f3litos para baterias el\u00e9ctricas exploram principalmente novos sais de l\u00edtio para electr\u00f3litos, aditivos ou ajustam a propor\u00e7\u00e3o de sais de l\u00edtio para electr\u00f3litos, aditivos e solventes para produzir electr\u00f3litos para baterias el\u00e9ctricas com maior energia espec\u00edfica, pot\u00eancia, seguran\u00e7a e temperatura de funcionamento mais ampla.<\/p><h3 id=\"Solute\">Soluto<\/h3><p>No soluto de sal de l\u00edtio do eletr\u00f3lito da bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio, o hexafluorofosfato de l\u00edtio tem uma fraca estabilidade t\u00e9rmica, hidr\u00f3lise f\u00e1cil e outros problemas, f\u00e1cil de causar uma r\u00e1pida deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade da bateria, f\u00e1cil de absorver a liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de gases nocivos, como o fluoreto de hidrog\u00e9nio, por decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o da humidade. Na bateria de alta densidade de energia, as necessidades de seguran\u00e7a elevadas, podem alargar a temperatura da bateria, melhorar o ciclo de vida e a seguran\u00e7a do novo sal de l\u00edtio \u00e9 a dire\u00e7\u00e3o futura do desenvolvimento.<\/p><p>Em contrapartida, o LiFSI tem um melhor desempenho do que o hexafluorofosfato de l\u00edtio em v\u00e1rios aspectos, mas existem ainda dois factores-chave que limitam a sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, um \u00e9 o pre\u00e7o elevado e o outro \u00e9 a corros\u00e3o grave da folha de alum\u00ednio do coletor cat\u00f3dico a alta concentra\u00e7\u00e3o. O LiFSI pode substituir o hexafluorofosfato de l\u00edtio como um novo sal de l\u00edtio e pode ser utilizado como aditivo, mas devido ao seu processo complexo e baixo rendimento, resultando no seu elevado custo, \u00e9 atualmente utilizado principalmente como aditivo para electr\u00f3litos de baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio. Geralmente, os solventes electrol\u00edticos para baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio s\u00e3o formulados atrav\u00e9s da mistura destes \u00e9steres de carbonato para responder \u00e0s diferentes necessidades dos clientes em termos de baterias.<\/p><h3 id=\"Additives\">Aditivos<\/h3><p>Os aditivos s\u00e3o diversos, com o VC e o FEC a representarem uma elevada quota de mercado, ocupando mais de 60% do mercado de aditivos, e s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m o foco da disposi\u00e7\u00e3o vertical da cadeia industrial pelas empresas. A dimens\u00e3o do mercado correspondente tamb\u00e9m se expandiu rapidamente para 34,65 mil milh\u00f5es de RMB, um aumento de 354,72% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior.<\/p><p>O hexafluorofosfato de l\u00edtio, mat\u00e9ria-prima a montante do eletr\u00f3lito, \u00e9 o material mais utilizado para o eletr\u00f3lito devido \u00e0 sua f\u00e1cil dissocia\u00e7\u00e3o no eletr\u00f3lito, elevada condutividade i\u00f3nica, processo de s\u00edntese simples e outras vantagens, o que \u00e9 essencial para melhorar o desempenho do eletr\u00f3lito da bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio. Nos \u00faltimos anos, a China acelerou a expans\u00e3o da capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hexafluorofosfato de l\u00edtio, e a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado \u00e9 elevada.<\/p><p>Juntamente com o r\u00e1pido desenvolvimento de novos ve\u00edculos de energia, as empresas chinesas expandem ativamente a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hexafluorofosfato de l\u00edtio. 2017-2021, a capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hexafluorofosfato de l\u00edtio da China de 36.200 toneladas para 95.500 toneladas, com um CAGR de 27.45%, incluindo 69.03% de crescimento anual em 2021; a produ\u00e7\u00e3o aumentou de 14.200 toneladas para 54.000 toneladas.<\/p><p>Os solventes de electr\u00f3litos de baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio incluem DMC, EMC e outros. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os solventes de qualidade industrial, a pureza dos solventes para baterias requer pelo menos 99,99%. Devido \u00e0s barreiras t\u00e9cnicas, como a elevada sele\u00e7\u00e3o de catalisadores e a dificuldade de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, h\u00e1 menos empresas na China que podem produzir solventes para baterias em grande escala, e o atual mercado de solventes para baterias est\u00e1 relativamente concentrado.<\/p><p>De acordo com as estat\u00edsticas, a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria de eletr\u00f3litos da China foi mantida em um n\u00edvel alto de 2018-2021, com CR6 de 73.73%, 77.30%, 77% e 75%, respetivamente. Espera-se que a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria de eletr\u00f3litos de baterias de \u00edons de l\u00edtio melhore ainda mais no futuro, principalmente porque:<\/p><p><strong>(1)<\/strong> as empresas principais realizam parte do auto-abastecimento de mat\u00e9rias-primas atrav\u00e9s de uma disposi\u00e7\u00e3o integrada e de uma elevada utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade;<\/p><p><strong>(2)<\/strong> a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria de baterias a jusante aumentou, e as empresas principais de baterias e electr\u00f3litos cooperam estreitamente, pelo que a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da extremidade da bateria leva a que a extremidade do eletr\u00f3lito aumente;<\/p><p><strong>(3)<\/strong> a capacidade das empresas principais foi gradualmente libertada, ao passo que a penetra\u00e7\u00e3o de novos materiais aumentou gradualmente para melhorar as barreiras t\u00e9cnicas e promover ainda mais a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do panorama competitivo.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-20968\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Demand-for-lithium-ion-battery-electrolyte.jpg\" alt=\"Procura de eletr\u00f3lito para baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio\" width=\"1000\" height=\"315\" \/><\/p><h3 id=\"Demand-estimation\">Estimativa da procura<\/h3><p>De acordo com o consumo de eletr\u00f3lito da bateria de energia de cerca de 1150 toneladas \/ GWh, este c\u00e1lculo, correspondente ao eletr\u00f3lito da bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio estimado para 2025, 279,18 milh\u00f5es de toneladas, das quais a China necessita de 1 565 300 toneladas.<\/p><h3 id=\"Supply-side\">Lado da oferta<\/h3><p>O eletr\u00f3lito da China entrou em fase de expans\u00e3o acelerada da produ\u00e7\u00e3o desde 2019. Em termos de capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de eletr\u00f3litos em 2021 \u00e9 de 99,99 milh\u00f5es de toneladas, um aumento de 67,94% y-o-y. O CAGR da capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de eletr\u00f3litos da China de 2017-2021 \u00e9 36.74%.
