pengembangan ekonomi sirkular melalui inisiatif-inisiatif utama seperti Kebijakan Otomotif Nasional 2020 (NAP2020), Cetak Biru Mobilitas Karbon Rendah (LCMB), dan Peta Jalan Transisi Energi Nasional (NETR). Bersama-sama, kebijakan-kebijakan ini menetapkan target yang ambisius: Kendaraan listrik harus mewakili 15% dari total penjualan kendaraan pada tahun 2030, mencapai 1,5 juta unit pada tahun 2040 (6-7% dari total armada), dan mencapai penetrasi pasar 80% pada tahun 2050.<\/p><p>Di balik target-target ini, terdapat kebutuhan mendesak akan infrastruktur dan sistem daur ulang yang kuat. Menurut Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), pada tahun 2050, sekitar 870.000 baterai mobil listrik akan mencapai masa pakai.<\/p><p>Tanpa pengelolaan yang tepat, baterai yang kaya akan lithium, kobalt, dan nikel ini dapat menimbulkan risiko lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat yang parah.
