Pendatang baru di industri yang ingin mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif perlu membuat tata letak teknis dan strategis yang baik untuk merebut pangsa pasar yang terbatas dengan tetap berada di depan para pesaing.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Scale-and-technological-advances-enable-the-industry-to-accelerate-development\">Skala dan kemajuan teknologi memungkinkan industri ini untuk mempercepat pembangunan<\/h2>\n<p>Salah satu faktor pembatas penting untuk pengembangan baterai yang dapat ditukar untuk mobil penumpang adalah sulitnya standarisasi di industri, tetapi skala pasar truk berat relatif kecil, sehingga tidak terlalu sulit untuk distandarisasi. Namun, dengan mempertimbangkan jenis energi yang berbeda, distribusi regional truk berat bahan bakar tidak sepenuhnya tercakup oleh truk berat baterai yang dapat diganti.<\/p>\n<p>Suhu musim dingin di timur laut Cina sangat rendah, jangkauan kendaraan listrik sangat tidak memuaskan, truk berat bahan bakar tidak dapat sepenuhnya digantikan oleh truk berat baterai yang dapat ditukar, sehingga sulit bagi Cina timur laut untuk menjadi area pengembangan utama untuk truk berat penukar baterai.
