se trouve \u00e0 un moment critique de sa transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, en d\u00e9veloppant activement sa cha\u00eene industrielle des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques tout en se concentrant d\u00e9veloppement de l'\u00e9conomie circulaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des initiatives cl\u00e9s telles que la National Automotive Policy 2020 (NAP2020), le Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint (LCMB) et la National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR). Ensemble, ces politiques fixent des objectifs ambitieux : Les VE devraient repr\u00e9senter 15% des ventes totales de v\u00e9hicules d'ici 2030, atteindre 1,5 million d'unit\u00e9s d'ici 2040 (6-7% du parc total), et atteindre une p\u00e9n\u00e9tration du march\u00e9 de 80% d'ici 2050.<\/p><p>Derri\u00e8re ces objectifs se cache un besoin pressant d'infrastructures et de syst\u00e8mes de recyclage robustes. Selon le Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), d'ici 2050, environ 870 000 batteries de VE arriveront en fin de vie.<\/p><p>Sans une gestion appropri\u00e9e, ces piles riches en lithium, en cobalt et en nickel pr\u00e9sentent de graves risques pour l'environnement et la sant\u00e9 publique. Le recyclage des piles est donc essentiel pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9cieux et minimiser l'impact \u00e9cologique. <a href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/fr\/top-10-battery-recycling-companies-in-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Les 10 premi\u00e8res entreprises de recyclage de piles au monde<\/span><\/a> qui sont \u00e0 la pointe de l'innovation mondiale dans ce domaine.<\/p><p>Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation, le gouvernement a class\u00e9 les batteries des VE comme des d\u00e9chets dangereux en vertu des r\u00e8glements de 2005 sur la qualit\u00e9 de l'environnement (d\u00e9chets r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s), d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme SW103, n\u00e9cessitant un traitement sous licence et une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 via le syst\u00e8me d'information \u00e9lectronique sur les d\u00e9chets r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s (Electronic Scheduled Waste Information System - eSWIS). Ces investissements, combin\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de 5 milliards de RM (\u2248 1,1 milliard d'USD) d'investissements directs \u00e9trangers li\u00e9s aux VE, renforcent le r\u00f4le r\u00e9gional de la Malaisie dans la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement des VE, attirant de grandes marques telles que Tesla, BYD et Geely.<\/p><p>Entre-temps, les initiatives locales prennent de l'ampleur. Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) pilote des projets de seconde vie des batteries en int\u00e9grant des batteries de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques hors d'usage dans des syst\u00e8mes de stockage d'\u00e9nergie par batterie (BESS), y compris un projet de d\u00e9monstration de 400 MWh pour stabiliser les r\u00e9seaux d'\u00e9nergie renouvelable.
