plus la r\u00e9sistance interne est faible, plus la tension occup\u00e9e lorsque la batterie est d\u00e9charg\u00e9e est faible, et plus elle produit d'\u00e9nergie.<\/p><p>Lorsque la teneur en eau augmente, des pr\u00e9cipitations de POF3 et de LiF sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 la surface de l'interface solide-\u00e9lectrolyte de la batterie, d\u00e9truisant la densit\u00e9 et l'homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de la membrane SEI, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation progressive de la r\u00e9sistance interne de la batterie, et la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge de la batterie diminue continuellement.<\/p><h3 id=\"shortened-cycle-life\">Dur\u00e9e de vie r\u00e9duite<\/h3><p>Une teneur en eau excessive d\u00e9truit le film SEI de la batterie, la r\u00e9sistance interne augmente progressivement, la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge de la batterie devient de plus en plus faible, et le temps d'utilisation de la batterie devient de plus en plus court chaque fois que la batterie est compl\u00e8tement charg\u00e9e, le nombre de fois que la batterie peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e normalement (cycle) diminuera naturellement, et le temps d'utilisation (dur\u00e9e de vie) de la batterie sera raccourci.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31372\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Sources-of-water-in-the-production-of-lithium-batteries.webp\" alt=\"ources d&#039;eau dans la production de batteries au lithium\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"sources-of-water-in-the-production-of-lithium-batteries\">Sources d'eau dans la production de piles au lithium<\/h2><p>Dans le processus de fabrication des piles au lithium, la source d'humidit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9e en plusieurs aspects :<\/p><p><strong>1.
