Le NMP est le solvant du liant PVDF, c'est la N-m\u00e9thyl pyrrolidine c\u00e9tone, un liquide transparent incolore, de faible toxicit\u00e9, de point d'\u00e9bullition \u00e9lev\u00e9, de forte polarit\u00e9, de faible viscosit\u00e9, de forte capacit\u00e9 de dissolution, de stabilit\u00e9 chimique, d'excellente stabilit\u00e9 thermique, et de l'eau, du PVDF, de la cathode, <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/fr\/lithium-ion-battery-anode-materials\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">anode de batterie lithium-ion<\/span><\/a><\/span> largement utilis\u00e9s dans la pr\u00e9paration des batteries au lithium.<\/p><p>Lors de la fabrication de la pastille d'\u00e9lectrode, le solvant NMP int\u00e8gre le liant, la substance active de la cathode, l'agent conducteur et d'autres \u00e9lectrodes, de sorte que le liant soit en contact total avec les autres substances et uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9parti. Le solvant NMP, dont la qualit\u00e9 influe directement sur la qualit\u00e9 du rev\u00eatement de la p\u00e2te des batteries au lithium-ion, est un solvant indispensable. La qualit\u00e9 de la dispersion de la suspension affecte directement la qualit\u00e9 et la performance de la batterie au lithium-ion.<\/p><p>Enrobage : c'est le processus qui suit la pr\u00e9paration de la boue. La p\u00e2te, qui pr\u00e9sente une bonne stabilit\u00e9, une viscosit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une bonne fluidit\u00e9, est appliqu\u00e9e uniform\u00e9ment sur la feuille m\u00e9tallique de la cathode. Le solvant NMP, en tant que support liquide de la p\u00e2te, a une tr\u00e8s bonne mouillabilit\u00e9 et fluidit\u00e9, et est le principal solvant d'enrobage. Le lien de rev\u00eatement est d'une grande importance pour la capacit\u00e9, la dur\u00e9e de vie et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des batteries lithium-ion.<\/p><p>S\u00e9chage : Apr\u00e8s l'enduction, la feuille de cathode est cuite et s\u00e9ch\u00e9e dans le s\u00e9choir \u00e0 vide. D'ici d\u00e9cembre 2021, il y aura 13 entreprises de production de GBL \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res BDO, avec une capacit\u00e9 de production totale de 485 000 tonnes ou en cours de construction, et la production totale r\u00e9elle en 2020 est de 180 000 tonnes. La capacit\u00e9 de production de solvant NMP peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9e en synth\u00e8se, recyclage et purification.<\/p><p><strong>Purification :<\/strong> D'ici le premier semestre 2021, l'ensemble de l'industrie des solvants NMP en Chine et la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et de purification des solvants NMP usag\u00e9s s'\u00e9l\u00e8veront \u00e0 plus de 1,55 million de tonnes.<\/p><p><strong>Synth\u00e8se :<\/strong> Le GBL compte 11 entreprises de production de solvants NMP en Chine, avec une capacit\u00e9 de production totale de 281 000 tonnes et une capacit\u00e9 de production totale r\u00e9elle de 150 000 tonnes en 2020.<\/p><p>Parmi eux, la synth\u00e8se de solvants NMP est principalement concentr\u00e9e \u00e0 Shandong, Henan et Shaanxi, le recyclage et la purification sont principalement concentr\u00e9s \u00e0 Jiangsu, Anhui et Jiangxi, et d'autres sont dispers\u00e9s \u00e0 Chongqing, Zhuhai, Hangzhou et ainsi de suite. Hausse du prix du PVDF, entra\u00eenant une hausse du prix du solvant NMP<\/p><p>Selon les rapports, de janvier \u00e0 mai 2021, la production cumul\u00e9e de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergie nouvelle en Chine a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 1,02 million, en hausse de 262% d'une ann\u00e9e sur l'autre ; et la production cumul\u00e9e de batteries d'\u00e9nergie de janvier \u00e0 mai a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 59,5GWh, en hausse de 227% d'une ann\u00e9e sur l'autre.<\/p><p>Profitant du d\u00e9veloppement rapide de l'industrie des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9nergie nouvelle, l'\u00e9cart d'approvisionnement en PVDF s'est creus\u00e9 depuis le quatri\u00e8me trimestre de 2020, et le prix du produit augmente \u00e9galement. En juillet 2021, le prix moyen des produits de batterie au lithium est pass\u00e9 d'environ 70 000 RMB en 2020 \u00e0 plus de 170 000.<\/p><p>En tant que solvant n\u00e9cessaire au PVDF, le prix du solvant NMP a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9, passant de 15 000 RMB\/tonne au d\u00e9but de 2021 \u00e0 plus de 40 000 RMB\/tonne \u00e0 l'heure actuelle.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27819\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/NMP-solvent-production-capacity-in-China.webp\" alt=\"Capacit\u00e9 de production de solvants NMP en Chine\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"market-size-calculation-of-nmp-solvent\">Calcul de la taille du march\u00e9 du solvant NMP<\/h2><p>L'augmentation de la demande de batteries au lithium devrait stimuler la croissance rapide du march\u00e9 des solvants NMP. Si l'on part du principe que le phosphate de fer lithi\u00e9 et les batteries de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #333399; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #333399; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/fr\/ternary-lithium-battery\/\">pile ternaire au lithium<\/a><\/span><\/span> Si les mat\u00e9riaux cathodiques conservent un taux d'utilisation de 1 pour 1, on calcule qu'il est possible de produire en moyenne 573 Wh de batterie au lithium par kg de mat\u00e9riau actif.<\/p><p>En supposant que la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique augmentera \u00e0 un taux de 5% \u00e0 l'avenir, et en calculant la taille du march\u00e9 des piles au lithium en Chine, on obtient l'\u00e9chelle de demande suivante <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/fr\/cathode-materials\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">mat\u00e9riaux de cathode<\/span><\/a><\/span> au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es est estim\u00e9e, puis l'utilisation des NMP sera mesur\u00e9e par la teneur moyenne en solides 50% de l'industrie.<\/p><p>Il devrait cro\u00eetre rapidement pour atteindre 879 000 tonnes d'ici 2025.
