v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, occupant une place tr\u00e8s importante dans les nouvelles \u00e9nergies, et a \u00e9galement ouvert une nouvelle voie de d\u00e9veloppement pour les probl\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et environnementaux au niveau mondial.<\/p><p>Oxyde de nickel, de cobalt et de mangan\u00e8se lithium (<strong>Li(NiCoMn)O2<\/strong>) est l'un des mat\u00e9riaux ternaires de D'apr\u00e8s les donn\u00e9es recueillies, il existe principalement les solutions suivantes pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ternaire :<\/p><p><strong>1. S\u00e9lectionner le Li (NiCoMn) O2 pr\u00e9sentant le rapport optimal de performance en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p><p>Comme nous le savons tous, plus la teneur en nickel est \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans le Li (NiCoMn) O2, plus la stabilit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau et sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont mauvaises. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, le rapport du ternaire nickel-cobalt-mangan\u00e8se le plus s\u00fbr est de 1:1:1, c'est-\u00e0-dire le ternaire 111, qui pr\u00e9sente la meilleure stabilit\u00e9, principalement pour les raisons suivantes :<\/p><p><strong>1)<\/strong> La proportion de nickel est relativement faible (par rapport \u00e0 422 \/ 523, etc.), de sorte qu'il est plus facile de former une structure en couches compl\u00e8te dans le processus de pr\u00e9paration du mat\u00e9riau, tout en tenant compte de la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p><p><strong>2)<\/strong> La proportion de mangan\u00e8se est relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e (par rapport \u00e0 422 \/ 523, etc.), et le mangan\u00e8se est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de la stabilit\u00e9 structurelle de Li (NiCoMn) O2.<\/p><p><strong>3)<\/strong> Le rapport entre le nickel et le mangan\u00e8se est de 1:1, et le nickel et le mangan\u00e8se sont tous deux de valence positive 2 et de valence positive 4 avec la plus grande stabilit\u00e9.(Ici, le ternaire 111 est le plus appropri\u00e9 pour le Li (NiCoMn) O2 \u00e0 haute tension, si le goulot d'\u00e9tranglement de l'\u00e9lectrolyte \u00e0 haute tension est bris\u00e9, sa densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ne sera pas inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 n'importe quel ternaire \u00e0 haute teneur en nickel, et le cycle et la performance de traitement de l'\u00e9lectrode sont plusieurs niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s.\uff09<\/p><p>En conclusion, la batterie ternaire 111 dans la batterie ternaire pure de grande capacit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente la meilleure s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26838\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Improvement-from-Li-NiCoMn-O2-itself5.webp\" alt=\"Am\u00e9lioration du Li-(NiCoMn)-O2 lui-m\u00eame\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><strong>2.
