En outre, sa capacit\u00e9 en grammes est actuellement proche de la limite th\u00e9orique, et il est in\u00e9vitable de trouver de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux de cathode.<\/p><p>Le phosphate de fer lithi\u00e9-mangan\u00e8se (LMFP), version am\u00e9lior\u00e9e du phosphate de fer lithi\u00e9, est un nouveau type de mat\u00e9riau de cathode obtenu par l'ajout de mangan\u00e8se sur la base du phosphate de fer lithi\u00e9, qui tient compte de la haute densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de la haute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Sous la pression de la flamb\u00e9e des prix du cobalt, le phosphate de fer au mangan\u00e8se et au lithium est progressivement apparu aux yeux du public. D'ici 2025, les exp\u00e9ditions de mat\u00e9riaux cathodiques \u00e0 base de phosphate de fer et de lithium d\u00e9passeront 350 000 tonnes, et le taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration du march\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 base de phosphate de fer et de lithium d\u00e9passera 15%.<\/p><h2 id=\"Giant-companies-collectively-deploy-LMFP\">Les grandes entreprises d\u00e9ploient collectivement la PMF<\/h2><p>Bien que le phosphate de fer et de mangan\u00e8se-lithium en soit encore au stade initial de l'application commerciale, son march\u00e9 potentiel \u00e0 l'avenir pourrait atteindre des dizaines, voire des centaines de milliards. C'est dans cette perspective que les entreprises de batteries et de mat\u00e9riaux cathodiques ont agi les unes apr\u00e8s les autres. Actuellement, en ce qui concerne les entreprises de batteries, CATL, BYD, CALB, Farasis, GOTION HIGH-TECH, SVOLT, PHYLION, REPT, TIANNENG, etc. sont toutes en train de d\u00e9velopper la piste du phosphate de lithium et de mangan\u00e8se.<\/p><p>En septembre 2022, Farasis a d\u00e9clar\u00e9, lors de la conf\u00e9rence sur la strat\u00e9gie et le lancement de nouveaux produits, qu'elle pr\u00e9voyait de lancer la premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de produits au phosphate de fer et de mangan\u00e8se-lithium en 2023. En ao\u00fbt de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, CALB a lanc\u00e9 la batterie lithium-fer-mangan\u00e8se OS, qui est devenue un autre produit innovant pour l'\u00e8re TWh.<\/p><p>En ao\u00fbt 2022, PHYLION et HENGCHUANG Nano ont sign\u00e9 un accord de coop\u00e9ration strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 Yancheng. Les deux parties m\u00e8neront une coop\u00e9ration approfondie sur les produits de phosphate de fer et de mangan\u00e8se-lithium et am\u00e9lioreront conjointement la cha\u00eene industrielle des produits de phosphate de fer et de mangan\u00e8se-lithium.<\/p><p>D\u00e8s d\u00e9cembre 2021, CATL a investi 413 millions de RMB dans le fabricant de LMFP Lithitech et est devenu son principal actionnaire. Lithitech dispose d'une ligne de production existante avec une production annuelle de 2 000 tonnes de phosphate de fer au mangan\u00e8se de lithium et pr\u00e9voit de construire une nouvelle ligne de production avec une production annuelle de 3 000 tonnes de phosphate de fer au mangan\u00e8se de lithium. GOTION HIGH-TECH a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un grand nombre de brevets relatifs aux mat\u00e9riaux cathodiques, y compris la batterie lithium-ion \"FP1865140-15Ah square lithium manganese iron phosphate\" qu'elle a elle-m\u00eame d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22623\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Giant-companies-collectively-deploy-LMFP.webp\" alt=\"Les grandes entreprises d\u00e9ploient collectivement la PMF\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p><p>REPT a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'entre 2023 et 2024, la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du phosphate de fer lithium mangan\u00e8se de l'entreprise atteindra 500Wh\/L, permettant une autonomie de 800 kilom\u00e8tres pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques purs. TIANNENG a \u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 publiquement que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avait la capacit\u00e9 de produire du nickel ternaire \u00e0 haute teneur en nickel, du phosphate de fer au lithium, du phosphate de fer au lithium mangan\u00e8se, du mangan\u00e8se lithium composite ternaire et d'autres produits.<\/p><p>En septembre 2022, le nouveau projet de base de production de mat\u00e9riaux cathodiques \u00e0 base de phosphate de Dynanonic, d'une production annuelle de 110 000 tonnes, sera officiellement mis en service \u00e0 Qujing, dans le Yunnan. En juillet, Ronbay, une entreprise leader dans le domaine des mat\u00e9riaux cathodiques, a annonc\u00e9 l'acquisition de Skland, qui se concentre sur la subdivision du phosphate de lithium, de mangan\u00e8se et de fer, et dont la capacit\u00e9 de production annuelle est actuellement de 6 200 tonnes.<\/p><p>\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, la nouvelle ligne de production de phosphate de fer et de mangan\u00e8se au lithium de l'entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise au point avec succ\u00e8s et le volume d'exp\u00e9dition a atteint 200 tonnes par mois. Il ne fait aucun doute que les actions collectives des entreprises de batteries et de mat\u00e9riaux permettront aux batteries au phosphate de fer et de mangan\u00e8se de lithium d'entrer rapidement dans le circuit de mise \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle orient\u00e9 vers le march\u00e9.<\/p><h2 id=\"LMFP-market-demand-is-accelerating\">La demande du march\u00e9 des produits multifonctionnels s'acc\u00e9l\u00e8re<\/h2><p>Du point de vue de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #333399; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #333399; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/fr\/lithium-battery-technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technologie des piles au lithium<\/a><\/span><\/span> En raison de l'\u00e9volution de la technologie des piles \u00e9lectriques, la pile au phosphate \u00e0 haute teneur en mangan\u00e8se devient un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de l'\u00e9volution de la technologie des piles \u00e9lectriques. Au cours des deux ou trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, le phosphate de fer, de mangan\u00e8se et de lithium sera davantage utilis\u00e9 sous la forme de mat\u00e9riaux ternaires compos\u00e9s. \u00c0 long terme, avec la baisse de son co\u00fbt et l'am\u00e9lioration de ses performances, le processus de transformation des mat\u00e9riaux auxiliaires en mat\u00e9riaux principaux (rempla\u00e7ant le
