Colector, como su nombre indica, es la estructura o parte que re\u00fane la corriente, se refiere principalmente a la l\u00e1mina de metal en las bater\u00edas de iones de litio, que tambi\u00e9n puede incluir la orejeta del polo. Su funci\u00f3n es principalmente formar una mayor salida de corriente hacia el exterior, y la resistencia interna debe ser lo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a posible para lo mejor.<\/p><\/div><div style=\"line-height: 40px;\"><p>La funci\u00f3n es reducir la resistencia interna de la bater\u00eda y mejorar la eficiencia de Coulomb, la estabilidad del ciclo y la multiplicidad de la bater\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, la pel\u00edcula base de l\u00e1mina de cobre para bater\u00edas actual incluye principalmente PET y PP, de los cuales el PP tiene propiedades qu\u00edmicas m\u00e1s estables que el PET, pero sus requisitos de equipamiento son mayores y el proceso es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de controlar.<\/p><p>A medida que avanza el proceso de industrializaci\u00f3n, es m\u00e1s probable que el proceso con ventaja en coste y rendimiento sea reconocido por el mercado, y no se puede descartar la coexistencia de varias rutas de proceso en el futuro.<\/p><h2 id=\"advantages-of-copper-foil\">Ventajas de la l\u00e1mina de cobre<\/h2><p>Con la l\u00e1mina de cobre de la bater\u00eda, la capa de pol\u00edmero en el centro del colector compuesto se fundir\u00e1 y romper\u00e1 el circuito cuando se produzca el cortocircuito interno, lo que puede suprimir la corriente de cortocircuito y controlar el desbocamiento t\u00e9rmico de la bater\u00eda, resolviendo as\u00ed fundamentalmente el problema de explosi\u00f3n e incendio de la c\u00e9lula de la bater\u00eda.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, la l\u00e1mina de cobre de la bater\u00eda tiene la ventaja de su bajo coste. El peso del colector compuesto es inferior en m\u00e1s de 50% al del colector de metal puro, mientras que la densidad energ\u00e9tica de la bater\u00eda puede aumentar en 5%-10%, con ventajas evidentes.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22796\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/the-copper-foil-has-the-advantage.webp\" alt=\"la l\u00e1mina de cobre tiene la ventaja\" width=\"850\" height=\"346\" \/><\/p><p><strong>(\u4e00) Alta seguridad<\/strong><\/p><p>Las c\u00e9lulas con l\u00e1mina de cobre pueden superar la prueba de punci\u00f3n: el desbordamiento t\u00e9rmico no se produce cuando se puncionan las c\u00e9lulas con colectores compuestos, principalmente porque.<\/p><p>(1) Cuando la aguja se perfora dentro de la c\u00e9lula y se produce un cortocircuito y se calienta, la capa de pol\u00edmero en medio del fluido compuesto se derretir\u00e1 y romper\u00e1 el circuito, lo que puede inhibir la corriente de cortocircuito y controlar el desbordamiento t\u00e9rmico de la bater\u00eda, y fundamentalmente resolver el problema de explosi\u00f3n e incendio de la c\u00e9lula.<\/p><p>(2) El tama\u00f1o de la rebaba generada cuando el colector de fluido compuesto es perforado por agujas es menor, y la posibilidad de cortocircuito interno es menor.<\/p><p><strong>(\u4e8c) Bajo coste<\/strong><\/p><p>La l\u00e1mina de cobre tiene un mayor potencial de reducci\u00f3n de costes. En el caso de las l\u00e1minas de cobre puro, los costes de las materias primas son relativamente altos. Con un precio del cobre de 60.000 RMB\/tonelada, el coste unitario de la l\u00e1mina de cobre para bater\u00edas es de 3,7 RMB\/ping (impuestos excluidos), de los cuales el coste del cobre es de 2,85 RMB\/ping, lo que supone casi 77%. La l\u00e1mina de cobre PET puede reducir la cantidad de cobre en 2\/3, y el coste de la materia prima disminuye significativamente. Seg\u00fan las estimaciones, con un rendimiento de 80%, el coste de la l\u00e1mina de cobre de PET tras la producci\u00f3n en masa es de unos 2,85 RMB\/m2, lo que supone 0,85 RMB\/m2 menos que el de la l\u00e1mina de cobre para bater\u00edas (3,7 RMB\/m2), y el coste seguir\u00e1 disminuyendo con la mejora continua del rendimiento.<\/p><p><strong>(\u4e09) Alta densidad energ\u00e9tica<\/strong><\/p><p>La l\u00e1mina de cobre desempe\u00f1a un papel importante en la mejora de la densidad energ\u00e9tica de las bater\u00edas. Por un lado, la densidad de los materiales org\u00e1nicos es menor que la de los materiales met\u00e1licos, lo que puede reducir la masa total del colector; por otro, la proporci\u00f3n de l\u00e1mina de cobre de la bater\u00eda es menor y el grosor m\u00e1s fino, lo que reduce a\u00fan m\u00e1s la masa del colector.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22797\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/the-proportion-of-copper-foil.webp\" alt=\"la proporci\u00f3n de l\u00e1mina de cobre\" width=\"850\" height=\"217\" \/><\/p><p>Se ha medido que la masa de la l\u00e1mina de cobre de bater\u00eda compuesta de PET de 6um con la misma \u00e1rea se reduce en unos 56,33% en comparaci\u00f3n con la l\u00e1mina de cobre de bater\u00eda electrol\u00edtica de 6um debido a que el material de PET es m\u00e1s ligero que el cobre. Seg\u00fan la f\u00f3rmula para calcular la densidad de energ\u00eda de la bater\u00eda de litio: densidad de energ\u00eda de masa = capacidad de la bater\u00eda \/ masa de la bater\u00eda, la reducci\u00f3n de la masa puede mejorar la densidad de energ\u00eda con la misma capacidad de la bater\u00eda. Se demuestra que MA\/MC es m\u00e1s ligero en peso, 77% m\u00e1s bajo en densidad que la l\u00e1mina de cobre de la bater\u00eda, y 5%-10% m\u00e1s alto en densidad energ\u00e9tica.<\/p><h2 id=\"industry-progress-of-copper-foil\">Avance industrial de la l\u00e1mina de cobre<\/h2><p>En t\u00e9rminos de progreso, las empresas de la cadena de la industria est\u00e1n estableciendo activamente los campos relacionados con la l\u00e1mina de cobre para PET, y cada una ha completado en general la acumulaci\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, y algunos fabricantes han completado la preparaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n de muestras y la validaci\u00f3n, y se espera que la l\u00e1mina de cobre para bater\u00edas logre el env\u00edo de lotes en 2023.<\/p><p>Entre las empresas de equipos anteriores, las empresas relevantes han madurado la tecnolog\u00eda de producci\u00f3n de equipos de pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica por magnetr\u00f3n de segunda generaci\u00f3n. Entre los fabricantes intermedios de l\u00e1minas de cobre PET, Jinmei planea la producci\u00f3n de 350 millones de ping de l\u00e1minas de cobre\/aluminio PET, que ya ha alcanzado una producci\u00f3n estable y est\u00e1 planificando la producci\u00f3n en masa.<\/p><p>Entre los fabricantes de bater\u00edas, CATL y EVE, una de las\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/es\/top-10-two-wheeler-lithium-battery-manufacturers-in-china\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #333399;\">fabricantes de bater\u00edas de litio para veh\u00edculos de dos ruedas<\/span><\/a>han solicitado patentes relacionadas con los colectores compuestos, proporcionando un completo soporte t\u00e9cnico posterior para la aplicaci\u00f3n de l\u00e1minas de cobre PET en bater\u00edas de litio.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22801\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/PET-copper-foil-application-in-lithium-batteries.webp\" alt=\"Aplicaci\u00f3n de la l\u00e1mina de cobre PET en las pilas de litio\" width=\"850\" height=\"506\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"market-expectation-13.7-billion-by-2025\">Expectativas de mercado-13.700 millones para 2025<\/h2><p>Se cree ampliamente en la industria que la l\u00e1mina de cobre para bater\u00edas comenzar\u00e1 a industrializarse en 2023, con un r\u00e1pido aumento de la tasa de penetraci\u00f3n y un crecimiento explosivo de la industria.<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan los c\u00e1lculos, se espera que la producci\u00f3n de la industria alcance los 200 millones de ping en 2023, lo que corresponde a una demanda de bater\u00edas de 17gwh, y se prev\u00e9 que llegue a unos 800 millones de ping en 2024, con una demanda global que alcanzar\u00e1 los 2.900 millones de ping en 2025, un espacio de 13.700 millones y una tasa de penetraci\u00f3n de 10%; los equipos de l\u00e1mina de cobre PET tendr\u00e1n un espacio global de 14.400 millones en 2025.<\/p><p>A largo plazo, se espera que el \u00edndice de penetraci\u00f3n de la l\u00e1mina de cobre para bater\u00edas de material compuesto aumente hasta 22% en 2030, con una demanda que alcanzar\u00e1 los 19.200 millones de ping, un espacio de mercado que llegar\u00e1 a los 77.100 millones de RMB y un espacio de equipamiento que alcanzar\u00e1 los 18.800 millones de RMB.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22802\" src=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/composite-copper-foil-is-expected-to-rise.webp\" alt=\"l\u00e1mina de cobre compuesto\" width=\"850\" height=\"510\" \/><\/p><p>Sin embargo, aunque la l\u00e1mina de cobre presenta ventajas en cuanto a seguridad, coste y densidad energ\u00e9tica, el grosor de la capa met\u00e1lica a ambos lados de la l\u00e1mina de cobre suele ser de s\u00f3lo 1 micra, lo que da lugar a una elevada resistencia de la l\u00e1mina de cobre y a una capacidad limitada de sobrecorriente. Esto, a su vez, afecta a la eficiencia global de carga y descarga de la bater\u00eda.<\/p><p>Por lo tanto, creemos que la l\u00e1mina de cobre para bater\u00edas puede cumplir los requisitos de carga y descarga de 2C, pero puede suponer un reto en el futuro en \u00e1reas con necesidades de carga r\u00e1pida.
