NMP es el disolvente del aglutinante PVDF, es N-metil pirrolidina cetona, un l\u00edquido transparente incoloro, con baja toxicidad, alto punto de ebullici\u00f3n, fuerte polaridad, baja viscosidad, fuerte capacidad de disoluci\u00f3n, estabilidad qu\u00edmica, excelente estabilidad t\u00e9rmica, y el agua, PVDF, c\u00e1todo, <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/batteryswapstation.com\/es\/lithium-ion-battery-anode-materials\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e1nodo de bater\u00eda de iones de litio<\/span><\/a><\/span> ampliamente utilizados en la preparaci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas de litio.<\/p><p>Al fabricar la pastilla de electrodo, el disolvente NMP integra el aglutinante, la sustancia activa del c\u00e1todo, el agente conductor y otros electrodos juntos, de modo que el aglutinante est\u00e9 en pleno contacto con otras sustancias y se distribuya uniformemente. El disolvente NMP, su calidad afecta directamente a la calidad del revestimiento de la pasta de la bater\u00eda de iones de litio, es un material disolvente indispensable. La calidad de la dispersi\u00f3n del lodo afecta directamente a la calidad y el rendimiento de la bater\u00eda de iones de litio.<\/p><p>Recubrimiento: es el proceso siguiente a la preparaci\u00f3n de la pasta. La pasta con buena estabilidad, alta viscosidad y buena fluidez se recubre uniformemente sobre la l\u00e1mina met\u00e1lica del c\u00e1todo. El disolvente NMP, como portador l\u00edquido de la pasta, tiene muy buena humectabilidad y fluidez, y es el principal disolvente de recubrimiento. El enlace del revestimiento es de gran importancia para la capacidad, la vida \u00fatil y la seguridad de las bater\u00edas de iones de litio.<\/p><p>Secado: Despu\u00e9s del recubrimiento, la hoja de c\u00e1todo se hornea y se seca en el secador de vac\u00edo. En diciembre de 2021, hay 13 empresas de producci\u00f3n de GBL a partir de materias primas de BDO, con una capacidad de producci\u00f3n total de 485.000 toneladas o en construcci\u00f3n, y la producci\u00f3n total real en 2020 es de 180.000 toneladas. La capacidad de producci\u00f3n de disolvente NMP puede dividirse en s\u00edntesis y reciclaje y purificaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>Purificaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> En el primer semestre de 2021, toda la industria de disolventes NMP de China y la capacidad de procesamiento de recuperaci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de disolventes NMP residuales es superior a 1,55 millones de toneladas.<\/p><p><strong>S\u00edntesis:<\/strong> Hay 11 empresas de producci\u00f3n de disolventes NMP de GBL en China, con una capacidad de producci\u00f3n total de 281.000 toneladas y una capacidad de producci\u00f3n total real de 150.000 toneladas en 2020.<\/p><p>Entre ellos, la s\u00edntesis de disolvente NMP se concentra principalmente en Shandong, Henan y Shaanxi, el reciclaje y la purificaci\u00f3n se concentra principalmente en Jiangsu, Anhui y Jiangxi, y otros dispersos en Chongqing, Zhuhai, Hangzhou y as\u00ed sucesivamente. Aumento del precio del PVDF, que impulsa la subida del precio del disolvente NMP<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan los informes, de enero a mayo de 2021, la producci\u00f3n acumulada de veh\u00edculos de nueva energ\u00eda en China fue de 1,02 millones, un aumento interanual de 262%; y la producci\u00f3n acumulada de bater\u00edas de energ\u00eda de enero a mayo fue de 59,5GWh, un aumento interanual de 227%.<\/p><p>Benefici\u00e1ndose del r\u00e1pido desarrollo de la industria de veh\u00edculos de nueva energ\u00eda, la brecha de suministro de PVDF se ha ido ampliando desde el cuarto trimestre de 2020, y el precio del producto tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 aumentando.
